If you sell your property, your solicitor will need to send us a Change of Ownership notice within 30 days of settlement.
If the ownership of the property has changed (due to divorce, separation, death or a change in business arrangements), please ask your solicitor to advise us of these changes.
If you have changed your name due to marriage please provide us a copy of your marriage certificate.
In the event of a deceased partner a solicitor will need to advise the Council of the details.
