Join Patina Edwards for an exploration of 5 ways to well being using a well-known Maori model of health, Te Whare Tapa Whā.
The tools and techniques Patina will share in this interactive session can assist people from any cultural background to have greater sense of well being and ease with life.
Patina is a certified Mindfulness, Access Bars and Laughter Yoga facilitator and has worked as a wellness practitioner of several modalities for 15 years locally and internationally.
