Resident Satisfaction Survey
Once a year the Council commissions an independent resident satisfaction survey where 400 residents (randomly selected) throughout the District are interviewed by phone. The results of the survey (conducted by the National Research Bureau - NRB) provide useful information on how Council services and facilities are perceived by the community.
The results of the annual NRB Survey are just one measure of public satisfaction with the services provided by the Council.
