Rotokare by Night - Winter Night Tours. 5th July, 17th July, 26th July, 16th August, 30th August, 20th September. 6pm - 9pm.
This winter, explore our native forests after sundown with Rotokare Night Tours! Meet beady-eyed moreporks, hear scuttling wēta on the forest floor, discover hidden treasures in our glow worm hideouts, smell kiwi poop upon the air, and spotlight for tuna (eels) and banded kōkopu in our meandering streams.
This event is hosted by Rotokare Scenic Reserve Trust and Wild For Taranaki. Tours take place at Rotokare from 6pm - 9pm. Ticket costs are $10 per adult / $5 per child, payable online or in cash. For bookings, contact Rotokare at :
