Scale Ship Regatta 2016, Model boats of all types and sizes will set sale across King Edward Park Lake in the scale ship regatta. Warships, tugboats and racing yachts are among the scale ships operated from the lake edge by 'sailors' with sophisticated remote control units. As always they will be keen to share the secrets of building and operating the model craft with spectators.
Eltham Lions Club Trolley Derby 2016 Run on Dalziell Road Eltham and uses the steep hill towards Rogers Road. The road is closed for the event. Trolleys must have direct steering, no rope steering allowed and much have brakes fitted and working. Helmets, covered shoes and full length clothing a must. Food and drinks are available on the day.
