David Bruce, a former journalist, has been curator of the South Taranaki District’s Parks and Reserves since 2011.

1.00 pm-3.00 pm Nigel Ogle, Waihi Stockade/Blockhouse, Pikituroa Road, Normanby

Nigel Ogle is the visionary behind the Tawhiti Museum, one of the few privately owned museums in the country. Owner, operator and artist, Nigel has a passion for bringing history to life.

A bus is available from the South Taranaki i-SITE Visitor Centre. $10 per ticket and bookings are essential.
