Workshop 2 - How to recruit and retain volunteers
A series of FREE 1 hour workshops providing advice and guidance to help those running Community Voluntary groups.
This is the second of the South Taranaki District Council's Volunteers After 5 (VA5) workshops.
Recruitment and retention of volunteers - how to get them and moreimportantly, how to keep them! Your volunteers are the back bone of your organisation. What to do to make sure they stay with you and not chose to give their valuable time elsewhere.

Your presenters are:
Celine Filbee - Hear Celine's tried and tested no nonsense approach on how to complete a successful funding application. She is currently the Secretary of teh Rgmont A&P Association, a successful event manager and long suffering volunteer.
Marcia Haigh, Marcia is a community Development Advisor with South Taranaki District Counil who has assisted many vokuntary and community organisations develop role descriptions for their volunteers.
