Sounds on the Sand - featuring Roadhouse
Ōpunakē Beach, Saturday 18 January 2020
Come down to Opunake Beach, sit back and relax watching the waves roll in while listening to the soothing, melodious tunes from New Plymouth based band Roadhouse. Bring the family for a picnic. Food and beverages will be available to purchase from the Ōpunakē Beach Shop.
Concerts in the Park with The Lady Killers
King Edward Park, Hāwera - Sunday 9 February
Summer Concerts in the Park is returning to Hāwera’s King Edward Park on Sunday 9 February.
This year The Lady Killers will bring the Park to life. "We hope families and whanaū take the opportunity to enjoy this free event and relax in Hāwera’s Premier Park,” says Tarin. “We encourage those attending to make an evening of it by bringing a picnic or buying something from the food vendors.”

Movies in the Park
Soldiers Park, Eltham - Sunday 2 February
Come along for an afternoon on watching movies on the big screen at Soldiers Park. Not only are movies playing into the evening, the swimming pool is open as well as the skatepark and playground.
