The Mayors Taskforce for Jobs (MTFJ) is a nationwide initiative led by mayors and councils, working alongside local businesses to support young people into education, training, and meaningful employment.
In South Taranaki, MTFJ (through Whai Mahi) partners directly with employers and rangatahi to remove barriers, build skills, and create clear pathways into sustainable, long-term work.
