Hāwera Holiday Park Operational Management - Expressions of Interest
Reference: 5872451
Looking for a lifestyle change or a supplement to your existing family income?
The South Taranaki District Council has a great opportunity for you to express your interest in a contract providing daily management services at the Hāwera Holiday Park.
The Hāwera Holiday Park is located on Waihi Road, (SH 3) in Hāwera and has six cabins (two with ensuites), 26 powered caravan sites and six unpowered sites. Communal kitchen, living area, toilets and showers are available.
We are looking for a person with experience in hospitality or customer service who may be looking for a lifestyle change or supplement an existing family income.
We do not see this opportunity as full-time, although there are some fixed times we would expect the contractor to be on-site to undertake cleaning and maintenance and provide check-in and check-out service.
Included in the Contract for the Manager's use is a recently refurbished two-bedroom home with the Holiday Park office attached.
Due to the nature of the role, STDC requires you to undergo pre-employment screening and a Police criminal check. The agreement is subject to these results.
A copy of the contract expectations and contract payments is available on our website or you can pick up a hard copy from the Hāwera Administration Building, Albion Street, or the South Taranaki i-SITE or the Hāwera Holiday Park.

If submitting an expression of interest, please ensure you provide a covering letter outlining your skills and experience for the role along with your most current CV. Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or hold a valid NZ work visa. In terms of residence class visa applications, first priority will be given where the applicant is in New Zealand.

Applications close at 4 pm Sunday 27 March.
