​Antenno Kerbside Waste Collection Reminders

Kia ora South Taranaki residents,

We’ve found an issue with our Antenno reminders about your new kerbside collection.

If you have not listed your physical address in the Antenno app, and instead have just listed the town you live in (e.g. ‘Hāwera’), this will mean you receive ALL notifications that go out within the Hāwera township. So, you might get a notification for the wrong collection week.

If you have received an Antenno notification about your kerbside collection that does not match what is written on your kerbside collection calendar – please check your address setting in Antenno, and if in doubt, always follow the colours on the calendar that was provided to you.
