South Taranaki LibraryPlus are bringing a Winter Reading Programme to a LibraryPlus near you!
Open for ages 5 - 12 and free to join, this programme is about engaging with your local LibraryPlus over winter with participants reading regularly, visiting their local libraryplus and collecting trading cards.
There are 15 Taniwha Trading cards to collect by completing various quests. Visiting your local library and issuing books, drawing your taniwha, and attending one of our LibraryPlus activities are just a few of the ways tamariki can earn cards.
Enjoy all the activities offered at each LibraryPlus throughout the winter months and collect Taniwha cards along the way. There are 15 cards to collect, 12 common and 3 super rare. Each card will be enclosed in its own mystery envelope to add to the surprise! The aim of the programme is to collect a full set of cards which will be available at any of the seven libraries in South Taranaki.
