The Taranaki Athlete Development Programme is for Year 10-13 athletes at Secondary School that are really keen on sport but not necessarily aiming to be a NZ age group representative. They simply are keen on learning and improving their own individual performance.

Breathing & Stretching - Stephanie Henderson a qualified Physiotherapist, will go through a number of exercises which the athlete can do at home or while they are away at competitions. These practical sessions will focus on strength
and conditioning body weight exercises to help improve individual athlete outcomes and injury
prevention, as well as specific methods to ease muscle fatigue.
