Temporary Road Closures

In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder.

Glover Road, Hāwera (at Rata Street Intersection)
From 7am Tuesday 3 June 2025 to 5pm Friday 6 June 2025
Water Pipe Installation

Whareroa Road, Hāwera (between SH3 and Manawapou Road)
From 6am Saturday 7 June 2025 to 6pm Monday 9 June 2025
and
From 7am Sunday 22 June 2025 to 6pm Monday 23 June 2025
Railway Crossing Repairs

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use these roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closures. In all other situations necessitating the use of the roads contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators on-site, on the day. Detours will be available and signposted.
