PC2: Amendments to South Taranaki District Plan Maps

Notice is hereby given that on 14 April 2025 the South Taranaki District Council approved with modifications Plan Change 2: Amendments to South Taranaki District Plan Maps to the Operative South Taranaki District Plan.

A copy of the decision stating the reasons for accepting or rejecting the submissions received are available here or print versions can be viewed during business hours at all Council offices and libraries.

Anyone who made a submission on the plan change has the right to appeal the above decision within 30 working days of the decision being notified. The appeal period closes at 5pm on Friday 25 July 2025.

This notice is written in accordance with Clause 10 and 11 of the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991.
