Temporary Road Closures - 17 to 20 November

In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder.

Resealing Work - Hāwera
Puriri Street
Monday 17 November 2025

Kauri Crescent
Tuesday 18 November 2025

Vogel Street,
Disraeli Street (between High Street and South Road) and
Fyson Place
Wednesday 19 November 2025

Manawapou Road (between McGuire Street and South Road)
Thursday 20 November 2025
7am to 5pm
Resident access will be available

Ahipaipa Road, Hawera (between Normanby and Barclay Roads)
One lane closure – no entry from Normanby Road
Thursday 20 November 2025
7am to 5pm
Powerpole replacements

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use these roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closures.

In all other situations necessitating the use of the roads contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators, on the day.
