Temporary Road Closures - Nov and Dec

In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic due to powerworks for the periods indicated hereunder.

Eltham
Bridger Place
24 and 26 November
Clifford Road (from Collingwood Street to end)
24 November
George Street (between Collingwood and Stanners Street)
26 November 2025 and 16 December
Clifford Road one lane closure – no entry from SH3
28 November 2025 and 4 December
Stanners Street (between George Street and Clifford Road)
2, 8, 10 and 12 December
George Street (between Collingwood St to end)
16 December 2025 and 18 December

Reid Avenue, Hāwera (between Camberwell Road and Pacey Ave)
1 December 2
7am to 5pm

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use these roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closures.

In all other situations necessitating the use of the roads contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators, on the day.
