Water Shutdown Notice

This notice is to let you know the water supply will be turned off on Sunday 23 November from 10pm to 3am,for the Normanby township.

The shutdown is taking place to install additional hydrants to improve firefighting capabilities.

Once work has been completed and the water has been turned back on, you might notice a bit of discolouration when you turn your tap back on in the morning. If this is the case, we suggest you run the water from your cold tap until the water runs clear (this could take up to ten minutes). If the water appears milky or cloudy, this is most likely just air bubbles in the water. This will clear if you leave your water to stand for a few minutes.
