Temporary Road Closures - 27 Jan and 2 Feb

In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder.

Railway Street, Eltham
(between London and Bridge Streets)
and
(between London Street and Conway Road)
Tuesday 27 January 2026
Manhole Surveys

Work will be carried out at any time between 8am and 5pm. However, road closures will occur sequentially, with one section closed at a time.

Reid Ave, Hawera
(between Camberwell Road and Pacey Avenue)
Monday 2 February 2026 8am to 5pm
Powerpole Replacements
Resident and Emergency access will be available

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use these roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closures.

In all other situations necessitating the use of the roads contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators, on the day.
