Temporary Road Closures- 11, 13 and 18 February

In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder.

Makino Valley Road, Ararata
Wednesday 11th and 18th February 2026
7am to 5pm
Power Maintenance
Resident and Emergency Access will be available

Austin East Road, Normanby
(between Ketemarae and Boylan Roads)
Friday 13 February 2026 7am to 5pm
Power Work

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use these roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closures.

In all other situations necessitating the use of the roads contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators, on the day.
