TENDERS FOR LICENCE TO OCCUPY FOR GRAZING PURPOSES
Tenders are invited for the following area of Council land:
2.358 acres situated at Patu-Kukupa Street Manaia
The term of the licence to occupy will be for 5 Years from 1 June 2026.
Tender documents are available from the Council’s Contact Centre in Hāwera or the Council website.
Tenders must be received no later than 4.00 pm on 28 May 2026.
Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
