Temporary Road Closures -8,9 April

In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder.

Tauranga-A-Ika Street, Manaia entrance from SH45
Wednesday 8 April 2026 and Thursday 9 April 2026
Access available via Riemenschneider Street
7am to 5pm
Pipe Relining

Edna Wills Place, Hawera
Thursday 9 April 2026
7am to 5pm
Gas fault
Resident access will be available

Rangikura Road, Waverley (from Peat Road for approx. 1.5km)
From 8am Wednesday 8 April 2026 to 5pm Monday 4 May 2026
Road Construction
Resident access will be available

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use these roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closures.

In all other situations necessitating the use of the roads contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators, on the day.
