Temporary Road Closures -18, 19, 24 May and 13 June

In accordance with Section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder.

Glover Road, Hawera (Camberwell Road and Koromiko Ave)
Turuturu Road, Hawera (between Egmont Street and Kamahi Ave)
Installation of roundabout at Turuturu Road/Glover Road
From 8.30pm Monday 18 May 2026 to 2.30am Tuesday 19 May 2026
Resident access will be maintained from both approaches to construction site

George Street, Eltham (between Collingwood and Stanners Street)
Railway Crossing Repairs
Sunday 24 May 2026 and Saturday 13 June 2026
7am to 5pm

Resident access will be maintained from both approaches to the railway crossing work area.

It will be an offence under the above Act for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised period to use these roads for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closures.

In all other situations necessitating the use of the roads contact must be made with the site traffic management coordinators, on the day.
