Tenders Commercial lease

Tenders are invited for the commercial lease of the following Council building:

220 m2 situated at 55 High Street, Hāwera, also known as the old i-Site building

The term of the lease will be for five (5) years, with two (2) rights of renewal of three (3) years each.

Tender documents are available from the Council’s Customer Service Centre, Albion Street, Hāwera and at Hāwera LibraryPlus at Te Ramanui o Ruapūtahanga.

Tenders must be received no later than 4.00 pm on Friday 31 October 2025.

Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
