Dispute a Parking Infringement

If you wish to provide an explanation or request a waiver of a parking infringement, you can do this by either:

• Filling out a paper form: Request to waive parking infringement
• Completing the online form below.

This must be done within 28 days of receiving the infringement notice.

Paper forms can be returned to Council by email, or by dropping it off at your nearest LibraryPlus, or to the Council Administration Building, Albion Street, Hāwera.
